Delivery is generally within 12 to 16 weeks depending on the type of wood and current workload. An approximate delivery time will be indicated on placement of order and confirmed shortly after. Each piece is made from individually selected wood within which faults very occasionally become apparent at a late stage - this can delay completion. On the rare occasion that this may arise we would be grateful for your patience while we source replacement wood. We will not confirm an order unless we are confident that the above delivery timeframe can be achieved.

We need to know if there are any potential difficulties in delivery in terms of access. If you are uncertain then please identify the issues – we will conduct a survey if this is necessary. We will have to charge for delivery and items that cannot be delivered for reason of problem of access.

Delivery is made by our own specialist who is experienced in handling furniture of this quality.

Delivery is free for orders over £2,000 within the M25, however any special lifting or craning requirements are extra.
