All our furniture is made from solid wood - this will vary in appearance, particularly as we take care to select the most interesting available.

All wood moves, and especially in centrally heated environments there will be signs of movement - particularly around the edges of panels. Where possible the furniture is designed to accommodate movement, however it should be remembered that movement is the natural property of the material and not a defect. Notwithstanding this, all our products are guaranteed for life against faults arising from faulty materials or workmanship.

Delivery is generally within 12 to 16 weeks depending on the type of wood and current workload. For certain orders the sourcing of the correct tree may take time. In these circumstances we will advise of the likely delivery date.

We finish our furniture in oil or oil and wax. We will be pleased to quote for alternative finishes on request.

Because goods are made to individual order we are unable to offer refunds beyond a period of seven days after receipt of order except in the case of defective goods.
